Just for a few days it'll be significantly colder and there's a snow chance. The National Weather Service has conditions less severe than the local news. No surprise there. SOP is for local news channels to sensationalize the weather reports. Hoping for more viewers, I suppose. Profit driven pseudo-journalism is nothing new. Profit driven medicine operating along corporate lines is relatively new and a complete and thorough abomination. Corporate law should be dismantled in such a way as to make corporate "personhood" vanish. Pure evil in corporate "personhood". Every corporate "person" is a soulless and amoral monster. A destroyer and devourer of people (REAL people) and the environment. I guess we're stuck with it. It's the evil in our daily lives, but clumsy, stupid, short-sighted, and incompetent. That mitigates the damage to some extent.
Today, at least, the weather is fine. Cool, yes, but sunny and it will be well above freezing. The wind does not seem so bad today either. Truly, I hate winter.
