Here's a landmark you can BUY! Expect it to be flooded on the rare occasions when we get really heavy rain. It's been here for years and years. It's been aging nicely.

 There used to be a little grocery store on this concrete slab. It's another unsung and unheralded landmark. 

 This is an abandoned sleeping bag. Homeless people sometimes use this area, weather permitting.

 Below, another vanishing playa lake. 

A lot of rain would be nice. Praying for rain is an ongoing activity in this area.
