More Rain!

 I woke up in the dark, in the night, to flashes of lightening and thunder. I went right back to sleep. Cool and damp and cloudy this morning after yet another shower of rain, the best kind. Rain chances improve Monday and Tuesday. I might not put up the flag tomorrow, lest it be desecrated by raindrops. And I don't fancy dashing outside several times to lower it as it starts to rain and raise it again when the rain halts, and in and out and up and down, until it all comes to resemble a farce. We don't want flag etiquette to become a farce, do we? And I don't want it to stay outside in the rain and get all droopy and flaccid. Better to keep it safely indoors, all warm and dry and cozy. So I accomplished quite a lot yesterday. Many tasks completed. I'm experimenting with Tai Chi moves combined with dynamic tension. That Charles Atlas thing. Surprisingly strenuous. I did some of that after weights. It might be better to use that before the weights, as a kind of warm-up. Well, it sure looks as though it could rain again this afternoon. We sure do need it. The playa lakes are still too low. 

More rain. It pleasures me.
