Parasites. Flesh eating bacteria. These are a few of my least favorite things.
Nice weather! So good to get some sun and work in the outdoors! And there is plenty of work to do!
This blog is an ARTISTIC regional photo journal. I focus on mundane scenes. ANY AND ALL STATEMENTS I MAKE HERE ARE MY OPINONS ONLY! I OFFER NOTHING WHATSOEVER AS A STATEMENT OF FACT! The photographs are offered as ARTISTIC EXPRESSION ONLY! They are not representative of anything other than themselves. Most of the places mentioned here have surely changed substantially since they were visited. Check my list of recommended sites at the bottom of this blog!

Cool mornings and warm days with light wind. I can cope with that. Rain is unlikely. I'm pretty sure Uri Geller is dead, so that "Pray for rain!! stuff isn't going to work. Yesterday I complained about worthless assholes who either have power over our lives by force of law, or by pretense and an assumed authority. In the latter category I would put preachers and pastors, who tend to be among the worst liars and the sleaziest con artists you are ever likely to encounter. "Send money!" Bullshit. Never, ever, send money. There are all kinds of great charities out there. Support them directly, and don't throw money at some sleaze bag con artist.
So dry! But at least the weather is getting warmer. The idiot DST ritual approaches. I hope that never becomes permanent. I ignore it. I don't DO that shit for brains spring forward and fall back crap. My concession to that idiocy is to reset one wall clock, one near the TV, and my wristwatch. That's it. That's in the event of some appointment I might have to make. My bedside clock remains untouched and so do all the the other clocks on the walls and my mealtimes and bedtimes and getting up times remain true to the sun. And the assholes who impose upon us DST can eat shit and die.
No rain, no brain, no brain no rain. And pray your guts out, in vain. So it goes. Is Uri Geller still alive?
