Yet another nice day coming up. Seasonal temps and some rain in the forecast. I got some essential stuff done yesterday and I feel good about that. I don't have much on my plate today apart from the gym. I can't emphasize enough the need to exercise on a regular and consistent basis, and have some weight training and resistance work as part of the routine. I've been doing that for at least 35 years, NOT body building but strength training. I found time for exercise even when I worked. I'd get home from work and hit the weights and follow that with a brisk walk. Weekends were for bicycling and jogging. It can be done, and the benefits are lasting.
