I always wonder about the history of a place like this.
I mentioned the Acuff Steakhouse yesterday. We've eaten there. It is not a fancy place. It is a sort of home-made looking place with a mixed bag of thrift furniture, serving food buffet style. Selection is limited and it is sometimes noisy and crowded. It is folksy, if you like that. And there is nothing wrong with the food. Very basic. Some people swear by the Acuff Steakhouse. It's a long way to drive for the sake of eating nothing special in a rather primitive and uncomfortable environment, in our OPINION. But give it a try.
I had to crop one of the pictures below, because of a telephone number spray-painted on the house. I don't know, but it might be a working number and I don't want some poor soul to be inundated with calls from Ukraine, and France, and Malaysia...
