Despite the second dose of Moderna...

I could go right back to the weights the very next morning. Had a good workout. No problems at all. It's hard to believe that anyone could screw up its response to the covid virus more than the trump misadministration, but it looks like India has done it. A total melt down. Sad, and bad, as the Orange Idiot might tweet, if he could still tweet. He got his tweeter chopped off.

Still looking at that old house, a place that has known better days.

Second Dose Of Moderna Vaccine

The Civic Center Operation is very efficient-- quick and easy. No excuse not to be vaccinated. I'm pleased to have my vaccination card complete. Ah! Now on to more old house! Oh, yes-- apart from a slight muscle soreness at the injection site, which might be related to a weight lifting session on the morning I got the injection, I'm fine. My muscles were sore even before I got the injection.

Not even This Old House could fix up this old house.

More Old House

I've seen what this place was like years ago, before it got so run down. Looked like a great place to live in those days. That was like, back in the late seventies? It had to be at least forty years ago. Unbelievable. How did I get to be so old?

The house has deteriorated, and so have I. We are all speeding away from a low entropy boundary. That's one way to think of it. I wonder whether it would make sense to speak of a high entropy boundary, a very specific microstate, in the "future". You could place that "future" whenever you want. Like tomorrow, it never comes, but it places a constraint on the present and past. That sounds counter-intuitive but there is nothing in physics that is incompatible with such a constraint. At any rate, I got old. Just like this house.

More Of The New

New views of old things, actually.

It's the same old house.

You'd almost imagine a place like this would be haunted. By what, I wonder.

And Now Some New

 Starting over, very tentatively.

I see this house every week.

It is on one of my customary routes. Slowly it deteriorates. I believe it is for sale. It seems to be beyond all hope. It is a very shame, as Boris Spassky once said, of another matter entirely.
