DST Again

 Again, I ignore DST. That worked very well last year. I can make adjustments when I have to interact with someone who is using DST. I don't go through the clock ritual. It's stupid. It's silly. Tomorrow it might rain but I wouldn't bet on it. Texas is in quite a bad situation. Most cities in this state are consuming water at a rate faster than reservoirs and aquifers can recharge, if the aquifers recharge at all. How long can that go on? Limits to growth? You bet. And those limits have already been exceeded. But the fescue has not hit the fan yet. But it will. It most definitely will.

Warming Again

 Warming again this week and rain chances return. Always a risk of severe weather at this time of year.

 But not here. Off to the east. And today it is cold and windy after a norther blew through. We've got plenty of sunshine and that's good. And very little rain, and that's not good.

 No rain. Maybe later. 

No winning either. Far from it. I suspect that the worst is still to come. Welcome to the United States of North Korea. 

We Might Actually Get Some Rain

 It's kind of cool this morning and there is fairly heavy fog. If rain, then late today because these clouds and this fog should clear in a few hours. The idiot's costly and unnecessary war drags on. You have to be as dimwitted as the average MAGA to see anything good in this unfolding disaster. I loathe today's Israel but I have nothing against Jews or Judaism. As I see it, Israel is not a Jewish state. Zionism is not Judaism. Zionism is a perversion, and Israel is a Zionist creation-- misbegotten and something that should not exist. Don't confuse Zionism with Judaism. Zionism is a modern perversion of Judaism. The diaspora should have been welcomed as a liberation from the evils of nationality, bondage to a specific plot of ground and the need to commit the usual crimes in defense of a plot of ground. Liberation from the evils of a material nationality was a gift. Zionists spit on that gift and regressed to the evils of nationality and an identity rooted in what amounts to DIRT. And to defend that bit of DIRT one must engage in warfare, kill, and kill again, and commit all manner of crimes, for the sake of DIRT, and expand the boundaries of that bit of DIRT, in order to reign over yet more DIRT.
