All sorts of stuff went on last evening and into the night, in the form of tornados, large hail and high winds. I didn't get any of that, and no rain, either. If it had rained then I'd have been putting up with that crap. The severe weather threat seems to be diminishing, so maybe I can get some rain and none of the the other garbage, sometime this week.
Not a drop. Chances remain, for rain on the plains. Slim to none, but, chances are chances.
Meanwhile, we are all experiencing the REIGN of SHIT FOR BRAINS.
No rain here yesterday and the chances are even slimmer today. So I did the right thing by watering. It's cloudy though. And last night I noticed distant and feeble flashes of lightening, so far away that I heard no thunder.
50% chance, and after that diminishing. Maybe this afternoon and evening. I doubt it. I plan to water anyway. Skies right now are clear but there seems to be suspended dust. The air feels very dry.
Sunday turned out to be a good day to get some work done. Rain chances return tomorrow with some risk of hail. And so I prepared for that as well as I could. Soon I will be reaching back, way back, to times of yore, into the past, with old photos from my past. I am older than anyone might imagine!
