It feels like the right time of year again. And it might be a rather rainy weekend. So good. Perfect temps. With MWF as gym days, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday feel like weekends-- three weekends a week! Of course, on those days I use my own weights, but I'm at home and I don't have to deal with old farts sitting at a machine and gawking at their phones. Shit or get off the pot, I say. NOBODY works out with my intensity. I'm the only guy there who does deadlifts or hack squats. And I think those are essential.
And I see other people who are there primarily to socialize. The gym is not the place for that. I am totally focused on the workout.
