South Texas has had quite a lot of major flooding events recently. It's become rather absurd to speak of a hundred year flood, since it seems to happen every other year now. We have not gotten our share of the rainfall, and if nothing happens today or tomorrow we revert to dry and hot again. These days will be our last best chances. It IS cloudy and humid this morning, but it was like that yesterday morning, and we got nothing.
