Finishing The Junkyard And Southeast Lubbock

Some parts of town are more bucolic than others.

Lots of good stuff!

This '57 Chevy is not junk!

A couple of these pistons are not rusty?

Now for something completely different...

Rarely do I do nature, but I am trying to correct that.

We were within the city limits, on our side of the fence, but on the other side it was wilderness!
Next time we will take yet another look at Slaton.

More Better Junk!

Junk to take home with you, if you could...

Old Chevies have their attractions as well, especially the '58 and '57 models.

General Motors products of the fifties and early sixties are all very photogenic, no matter where you find them.

We'll have more like this next time.

Visiting A Junkyard In Lubbock County

They have some nice tailfins there.

Yes, we got permission to photograph these things. Nice, friendly, folks.

Grills and fins! And weeds! And rust!

Only a few of my favorite things...

Seems like living in a junkyard would not be a bad thing at all.

More better junk!

Old Caddies RULE!
