So They Say Today

 It will be a day of widespread rain and storms. It begins cool and cloudy. Well, we will just have to wait and see. Rain is certainly desperately needed. Much is made of Artemis but the vehicle is not equipped to land on the moon, and the moon landing plan is complicated by the absence of a plan. You can't have a plan if you don't have a plan. Gateway? Some boondoggle involving Starship with multiple refuelings in orbit, and it has not even been demonstrated that such refueiings will even work? The whole thing looks half-assed. Starship is still a joke. Moon landings are still pie in the sky. Note how Mars got vanished, became an unperson, so to speak-- no more talk of Mars. Just as well, because it was insane. Screw manned spaceflight. One more stupid human trick. Almost all of the tricks humans can do, turn out to be stupid. I say "almost" but actually I can't think of any human trick that is not ultimately stupid, but surely there must be something. 

It's Looking And Feeling More Like Rain

 Cloudy and humid today. It might even start raining today, maybe later this afternoon. One can hope that there well be no hail. 

And of course, the dismal, deranged, shitshow goes on. 

That Didn't Take Long

 It lasted just long enough for some insiders, billionaires one and all, to profit. I'm sure T-Rump and his family profited hugely. They are insiders, are they not? Was the whole thing a delusion? Hard to to tell when you are dealing with a congenital liar, who's also senile. Looks like automatic draft registration begins soon, before the end of the year. I have to laugh. I'm assuming that this is what MAGA voted for. 

Shocking Twists

 It's all rather disorienting. Could that be the purpose? Like, cool, now warming, and Saturday could be stormy. The weather is always interesting, in one way or another. 

At least I usually know which way the wind blows. 

It's A Little Too Cool

 I could ask for slightly warmer weather. We'll get some later this week. Rain chances are not good.
