Rainy And Chilly Weekend

 But the rain was GOOD, and it rained quite heavily in some parts of town. I drove through flooded streets a mile or so from my home. Flooded but not impassable. The wind was uncomfortably cool last evening. But now sunshine and warmth are back, but mid-week thunderstorms are possible. Temperatures are set to climb into the nineties soon. Again, I did work outside, making incremental improvements here and there. 

I will be having a few surprises in the coming weeks, as I present what is left of old experiments in "art". After I retired I thought I might try posing as an artist, but eventually thought better of it. But I preserved those awkward efforts. Some of them.

 ...an unusual May. Cool and breezy yesterday, cooler and breezy today with increasing cloud cover, cooler yet again over the weekend with 50% to 60% chances of rain and mostly cloudy. I'd expect this sort of thing in October. But I'm not complaining. Soon enough it will be plenty hot and plenty dry. Maybe!

Rain won't begin until early Saturday. We are in for some cool and wet weather this weekend. Very strange. I got a lot done but I can do more and I probably will. Always something to work on, it seems. 

 

COOL Mornings! WARM Days!

 A complete change is on the way, with cooler mornings and COOL days and clouds and rain this weekend! Meanwhile, I have accomplished a lot!

 Cool evenings, too. As soon as the sun sets there is a little chill in the air. Feels good. This May so far has been rather unusual. I like it. It suits me fine. 

I will have some work to do outside today, and it will be a pleasure.
