Kind Of Cold

Not that bad, but the wind is a problem again. Just enough to make an uncomfortable wind chill. Sunny. No chance of rain unfortunately. Will the Slobfather be indicted? That would be nice to see. There are so very many crimes he could be indicted for. Asshole Abbot has seized control of schools in Houston. The kids there might actually have been learning something and we can't have that-- keep them ignorant and brain-washed. Send them off to Bible camps! Nothing will eat their brains up faster than that kind of abuse.

Those indoctrination centers are all over the state.

The Howling Wind

A norther blew in. That howling wind merely signifies emptiness and vacancy. It didn't get as cold this morning as forecast. That was nice. It looks like we get no relief from the drought.

If no Uri Geller, then maybe El Nino??

Not Bad Today

Cold tomorrow. Winter not over. Precipitation chances slim to none. What we need is rain and not more cold weather.

More Winter CRAP

Clearly, this is a shoddy excuse for a "world". If it was designed, it wasn't designed for us, or it was simply the work of something inferior. That much ought to be obvious. A realm of muck. Gnosticism anyone? That makes more sense than any of the supernatural alternatives. If you must have something supernatural, try to be rational about it. If that's even possible. At any rate, The cold crap coming up soon won't be unbearable. Just annoying.

Winter CRAP!

More Winter

But first it gets warmer. How severe that recrudescence of winter will be is not clear. So far it looks like it won't be all that cold, with highs above freezing and some slight chances of precipitation. Send light! I mean that. No Uri Geller necessary. How about the light of reason? There's not much of that running around today. The light of truth? Truth is real and objective. In some cases you might need to understand the math, since words are not adequate. The ancient mysteries were actually allegories and the same allegories are still there, the same myths in a change of clothing, but it's still true, that one must look for the deeper meaning behind the myths, behind the allegories. Science and math, math and science, are the most effective tools at one's disposal. Always. And it takes the highest form of discipline to learn the use of those tools.

Not many people have that discipline, unfortunately. The number of "initiates" has always been small. Rather sad, that.
