I was at the Wind Power Center. They were closed but I got these shots from outside the fence. Someday I'll go when they are actually open. Someday.
It was a damp and cloudy morning. Next stop was a playa lake tucked in behind a truck stop. That turned out to be more interesting than I expected.

We are still in that alley.
But now we've moved on.
I decided to check a residential alley, more or less covertly.
I trust I invaded no one's privacy, since anyone driving along that alley would see much more than this.
I'll finish this alley next time and move on to more interesting things.
I'm glad I did this.
Next time more Lubbock in scale and detail.
Since 9-11 this has been an annual display. I missed taking photos in 2018, but I made a point of taking some this year.
