Another Awesome Alley

There were all sorts of discoveries to be made in this alley. It was one we visited VERY early in our relationship, while we were still dating. In fact, on this photo expedition, I revisited several places. The way it came about, we went to a play. The theater had its back door open for people to enjoy some fresh air during an intermission while sets were changed. We went back in the alley and it looked interesting enough for a return visit, with camera.

Tangles of wires!
 All kinds of pipes!

 Crazy vines!

Loops!
 Crooked gas meters!

 More crazy vines!

It's hard to tell the wires from the vines!
 Strange doors!
 Utilities and barred windows!
 GREEN doors!
 Wires everywhere!
Mysterious junk!

 An abandoned toy??
An article of children's clothing?? What do these things mean?

More of this next time.

Let's Finish Those Sunflowers

Although there actually might be a few more later, but I'll be shifting to the alley after these.

The Canon's macro feature is turning out to be useful.

The sunflowers are about used up but now I've got other stuff growing.

The four cameras I use now cover every base-- there is simply no need for any others. There's the Nikon DSLR, the estate sale Kodak, an eBay Sony, and an eBay Canon.

Almost done.

Done. Next time we will be checking out another alley. I guess I could mention that I put my gym membership on hold for three months. I want to see how I do using my own weights. I'd kind of like to go back to the old "weights and a walk" routine.

Still Among The Sunflowers

They don't look like much anymore.

Viewer discretion advised! This sort of thing makes Lubbock law enforcement very upset. In fact, this sort of thing upsets a lot of our citizens. At least these bugs are not drinking alcoholic beverages...

I still need to process the new alley pics.

By the way, I read this morning that 50,000,000 Facebook accounts have been hacked. Ho hum. Don't have one of those accounts. Never have had a Facebook account. To those who spend their lives on Facebook, I suggest getting a REAL life, if you even know what that is.

I'll finish the sunflowers next time.
