Still No Freeze

 Plenty of sunshine today and we start a warming trend. Great way to end October. 

No First Freeze

 We came close to it. Warming now. Pretty nice weather, actually. I'm about to take another step toward eighty years old. It is getting closer and closer and I can detect changes. Very irritating. Life, the universe, and everything, impresses me, more and more, as a cosmic mistake. An aging body is not a good thing to inhabit. 

There must be something about TikTok that attracts dumbshits and crazies-- more so than other social media platforms. 

Cool Dry Windy Sunny

 This is quite a nice October day, Not many of those left in this year. Maybe the official first freeze tomorrow morning. And then some milder conditions and some warming again. But mornings stay cool and it will cool again just before sunset. This is Ray Bradbury weather. This is "October Game" weather. And I'm not talking about football. Texas Tech is doing well. In the past when they've ranked high they've dropped the ball, no pun intended, and they would fall apart more and more as the season neared its end. I hope that won't happen this time. It would be nice to see them in a high-ranked post season bowl this time. I'm not much of a fan but the sheer novelty would be fun. 

Meanwhile, I care less and less about more and more. 

It's A Great October Day

 All manner of good thing accomplished, too. I've moved forward on so many fronts I'm in danger of fragmenting. Problems solved! I always like that. An experiment is underway, too. The results might be exciting. I must be patient. 

As for as this experiment is concerned the hard work is done. 

Cool Cloudy Windy Damp

 Some light rain overnight but the chances of additional rain today are good and there is even a slight chance of severe storms. Heavy rain would be enough for me. Tomorrow it warms and clears again. And it will probably be a nice weekend. 

Let us have no more talk of raptures. Let the Tok turkeys keep their pathetic yaps buttoned.
