But it's a little too cloudy for my taste. More sunshine would be good.
This blog is an ARTISTIC regional photo journal. I focus on mundane scenes. ANY AND ALL STATEMENTS I MAKE HERE ARE MY OPINONS ONLY! I OFFER NOTHING WHATSOEVER AS A STATEMENT OF FACT! The photographs are offered as ARTISTIC EXPRESSION ONLY! They are not representative of anything other than themselves. Most of the places mentioned here have surely changed substantially since they were visited. Check my list of recommended sites at the bottom of this blog!

No, but moderate temps are set to continue into December, and that's alright with me. The less winter we have the better I like it. Maybe the Arctic blasts and bomb cyclones and polar vortices will stay north of us this winter. That, too, would be alright with me. It hasn't frozen hard enough yet to inhibit growth. I'm not so sure that that will prove to be a good thing, but we'll see. I'm spending a lot more on sunflower seeds because the finch colony I've been sustaining consumes more food during cold weather. I'm OK with that. I've been enjoying Leonard Susskind lately, lectures at Stanford University I can watch on YouTube. I love this stuff. Lectures from the Institute for Advanced Study are not always my cup of tea, unless they involve physics. Pure math is too much for me, but it's there and it's amazing to have access to such things, so easily. Smart kids can find wonderful things. I had to make do with books, as a relatively smart kid, but it would have been nice to have the kinds of instruction one can find today on the internet. Of course, there's a lot of horse manure floating around too. And online courses are available! A smart and curious person can learn just about anything today. Not so smart and somewhat deranged people can get their brains stuffed with even more twisted and silly crap. That's not so good. Oh well.
Good company. I'm not around people much anymore and I don't want to entirely lose whatever social and conversational skills I might have. I certainly ate well. Sunny and chilly. But not all that bad.
Couldn't ask for better, but it will be a bit chilly tomorrow. That's OK. No winter storms are on the horizon. But when they arrive, I will be ready for them.
A sunny day is always welcome, except when we need rain, and we don't.
