 Same story: a nice day on tap but another free beer seems unlikely. And that's OK! I have lots of wine.

I have been thinking about ways to simplify my life even more. Sometimes less really is more. Less complication equates to a better life, I think.

 Looks like another nice day, but still dry. A nice lady yesterday gave me a free beer from her case of Shiner Christmas Cheer, in the parking lot of a supermarket because I asked her what it tasted like. I'd seen her ahead of me in the checkout and we had a brief conversation about Shiner beer in general. So I drank it, and it was pretty good-- one of those special seasonal beers Shiner is known for. Too late to sample the October Fest beers, as they are all sold out. Maybe next year?

I wonder if you could brew a beer using sunflowers...

True then, and true today. I like his music a LOT. And now more Sunflowers.

Unseasonal warmth today. I guess I'd better get used to that. And very, very, dry. I guess I'd better bet used to that, too.

Abnormal warmth so far. The season is kind of strange. Had a better than average day yesterday. Felt quite good. Lots accomplished.
