Looking Closely At "THINGS" In Lubbock

I don't think people pay much attention to stuff like this:

Well, I should note that most of these "things" were actually not in Lubbock.

Most of what you find in Lubbock is boring as all get out. That's just my own observation/opinion. Also, in my opinion, when Lubbock isn't boring it's being outstandingly ass-backwards. More so than usual. Better for it to be boring, as less harm is done.

More Extreme Closeups

But I did get some new photos this morning.

Not all that cold for this time of year.

But we sure do need a lot of rain.

More Crop Zooms

This is based on past material. And if Trump supporters want to destroy the Republican party, they should go for it. Form a third party. Make the lives of congressional Republicans miserable. Or, if they decide that they will never vote for another Republican, that's a good move too. If I believed what they believe, I'd want no part of a corrupt political system. Don't participate in it in any way. Isolate from that world. Don't be contaminated by it. Don't let IT contaminate YOU. Because IT is evil. If I understand their world view, then the only acceptable course of action would be withdrawal. Only in this way could one maintain purity.

Meanwhile, crop zooms. Not to be confused with crop circles or crop dusters.

These are actually kind of fun...

Concluding Lubbock Christmas Cheer

If it doesn't sound like a cheer, that's your problem.

Of course, there are a few things to be happy about, as this grim year nears its end.

For instance, the judiciary held firm. A vaccine is finally available. The people who will refuse to take the vaccine, are, for the most part, people we can do without. Good riddance to them. I'll try to have some more pics soon. 2021 might actually be worth looking forward to.

More Lubbock As Christmas Approaches

A Top Ten List

Good riddance to 2020, that's for sure. Only one bright spot in that whole year.

Of course, it isn't over yet.
