Going Deeper Into This Alley

I went all the way to the end and back again. What a journey.

I wanted to do a thorough job because I don't see any point to returning, ever.

You can only do so much with stuff like this. And still have it representational. Or recognizable. And I want it recognizable. But transformed.

Truckin' Up And Down That Alley

There's a lot to see!

There's no structure like infrastructure.

Such good stuff. Such real stuff. It's worth regarding. It's worth a look or two.

Still Scoping Out This Alley

As alleys go, this one was pretty funky. This little commercial strip has been around since the sixties and maybe even the fifties.

This stuff is pretty funky, isn't it?

It looks kind of desolate in this alley, doesn't it?

A bit gritty as well.

Lots left to go!

What Else Can We Find In That Alley?

Variations on themes.

The blogger interface is becoming a bit dodgy, by the way.

It's like, some components are slow to load. But I will carry on, as well as I can, doing this important work of documentation.

Of An Alley In Lubbock

Ground truth, a little piece of a city closely examined.

It's hard to be sure, but this might have been the alley behind U.V. Blake, where one could at one time buy vinyl records and modest portable stereos, and phono cartridges and needles for phono cartridges. Maybe radios, too. It's all been too long ago.

That is all for this day. Ground truth, like hamburger, is not good for us, but we like it anyway. Heh. Heh.
